With the introduction of the Low-Rise Housing Diversity Code, within the Exempt and Complying Development Codes SEPP, the ability to Subdivide your Dual Occupancy, Multi-Dwelling Housing (Terraces) to create completely independent Torrens title lots was created. This means you can get a CDC for your dual occupancy and CDC to subdivide your dual occupancy, which means no Council DA is required and reduces your approval pathway from months to weeks.
